Shorter URL format option

I really like that the sim urls map directly to a given build, and you can generate them very easily. They are a little cumbersome for social sharing (e.g. posting on discord) so it'd be nice to have a second, much more compact format.

Options I can think of:

1. Use a url shortener (either external, or build one into the sim) - downside to this is the links can go dead with external services, and building one would require a database of some kind to store the mapping. This also loses the nice 1:1 mapping between a url and a unique wand.
2. Compress the URL - some kinda zip and base64 encoding. This might cut the length by 1/3-1/2, but heavily obfuscates the urls. Plausible though.
3. A terse format along the lines of the current one.
