Found this simulator on the web (wiki), wonderful execution!
However, I couldn't find any documentation/tutorial, so I am not sure if there is any implementation for "always cast" spells on the wand at the moment. Is there one? Thanks in advance!

there is one on the beta site (add beta. to the URL at the start)
