Hi, I am Jesper.
Day to day I work with salt, recently I made a pull request for the saltext-mysql. Now I wish to work on saltext-postgresql.

I want to contribute to this extension. Currently working on the extraction of the modules. Also I want to consolidate the pgjsonb modules into this extension as well, I will look into how to do this. And the name postgres will be changed to postgresql, because I see the salt code sometimes use postgres and the other times use postgresql in the code. The name is officially PostgreSQL therefor I will use that. Open to feedback and any questions.
