The debian source packages between Debian proper and Ubuntu are basically separate pieces of work. Not sure why this is the case but it means that the package list in map.jinja needs to target Ubuntu separately.

Simple example: Debian ships nova-consoleproxy with several proxy binaries, where Ubuntu has these split up to each their own package.
