Fatal error: Class cachestore_apc contains 1 abstract method and must therefore be declared abstract or implement the remaining methods (cache_store_interface::unit_test_configuration) in /blah/blah/moodle/cache/stores/apc/lib.php on line 321

It's worth noting that https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-39117 has landed into 3.2.
