Photo mode black in PTNext beta09

Was last working in beta07, need to bifurcate

Black photomode result image still occurs in rc1, minor details:

• Fails with or without RR
• Image is initialized but empty
• Photomode returns almost immediately, right before it'd usually start the visibly sparkly light bouncing. With beta7 the cooking time is around 20-30 seconds.

Spec: 4090, PTNext/24G/Insanity/RR off

I also experience black photomode pictures with PTNext. Also worth noting that in PT20, photo mode produces real pictures, they just take like 5+ MINUTES, whereas without Ultra+ it's usually done in 1.
