  • Dependabot configured, with max pr's, assignee, and c#, JS, and actions exist
  • CodeQL configured, c# & js, and with a monthly CRON
  • Actions file exists
  • Branch policies exist
    • Must have PR
    • Must have status checks (can I cross check these against workflows? Probably not)
    • include admins
  • Repo settings
    • Delete branch on merge
    • Auto-merge enabled
    • Allow Rebase disabled
  • Frameworks extracted (e.g. net6.0, netstandard2.0, etc)
  • Readme file has badges in it
    • GitHub Action
    • Release (if releases detected)
    • NuGet package (if needed)
