Github Views Wierdness

I think Github is doing something very stupid in its metrics api. It currently returns 14 days worth of data, but I have a feeling that this is actually a query based on 14 -24 hour periods. Because the last day eventually goes down... This is causing the historical records to get overwritten.

So we need to be smarter and only overwrite it if it is higher...
