Update Public-Side Collections Page to Reflect the PALS Page

Descriptive summary

We are running Hyku version 6 with all main commits through 69b3e60.

In the PALS repository, these four tickets were marked to contribute to Hyku Core, but I do not see the changes in our version.

Rationale

The original format of the page has unnecessary white space and requires the user to scroll down to see that the objects are listed at the bottom of the page. Our page looks unprofessional and not quite finished.
