Steps to reproduce the behavior in User Interface (UI)

In Dassie (https://dev.nurax.samvera.org/), create a work and attach a file
In the work view "Items" section, edit the file
Select the "Versions" tab
Ability to view/change file versions should be present, but instead it's blank:
