Hello, and thank you for this great mod.

I'm not sure what the issue is. Initially, everything was working fine, but after I started adding more skins, all bots are now always crouched, and my own model (regardless of the skin) has no animations.

Any idea what might be causing this?

I compiled a large workshop mod containing all the models I’m using, which is the same method I used from the start (just with fewer skins initially). I even removed all the extra skins, but the issue persists, even with the default skins.

Thank you!

I looked into it further, and it seems that when the models are packed into a workshop item (multi-part VPK), I encounter this issue. However, when I copy and paste all the models into the game/csgo folder on both the server and client, everything works fine.

I'm not really sure why, as I made sure to include the "characters" folder as specified in the documentation. I also tried redownloading everything on both the client and server using MultiAddonManager, but the issue persists.

It's really strange because if I unzip the VPK and manually copy and paste the files, it works. Even weirder, the default models also have those issues when the VPK is installed, even without using any custom skins. In both cases, all the models are present, but when using the VPK, the animations are broken, and the bots are always crouched. Could this be related to how the VPK is being mounted?

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?
