./bootstrap
* expose default-domain local.gnx.cloud --server=eu-1
* Install monalisa font included in ~/.dotfiles/misc
* Set some sensible os x defaults by running: $HOME/.dotfiles/macos/set-defaults.sh
* (dubbelcheck) Symlink .dotfiles/shell/.zshrc
* Install setapp apps
