Could sandboxie help us innocent citizen in boycotted places use sanctioned windows .exe or UWP? thx

hi,
as you know, some administrations sanction innocent ppl in some other countries to use their products.
this time, the hittest one is a windows program, just released. it's on MS store i guess it's a UWP.

is it that sandboxie can do nothing with it? so sandboxie cant help in this case?

ps: i am not sure it's .exe or UWP, i only know it's in MS store.

oh my god, if MS store see my IP is in sanctioned places, i cant even install that app from MS store.
