Feature Request: Add Sound Notification for Student Queue Arrival

Hey everyone,

As a TA using the office hours app, I’d like to request a feature where a sound or notification plays whenever a student joins the queue, so we can be alerted when someone arrives. I’d also like to contribute to implementing this feature.
