Unable to open xmind file

This is a plugin that I really need and it works very well. But there is a small issue, which is that when using external software to open files, xmind files cannot be opened using xmind. However, by double clicking xmind files from Windows Explorer, they can be opened directly using xmind. I wonder if there is any bug here?
