It would be nice to have permalinks to talk materials. Previously I was making tags for individual talks (date and name of talk) and using that tag to link to each talk.

I was thinking talks could be given again and be updated so tags would link to a specific implementation. If we keep each historical talk constant, we could link to them without tags.

I do think we might want to restructure the repo to group talks somehow. If we group by meeting date it might make it harder for those perusing the repository to find talks on specific topics (e.g. pdb). Maybe we could list talks by topic as well in the README file.

Thoughts on the best way to handle this?
