Image options menu unresponsive after uploading

Describe the bug

Image options menu unresponsive after a fresh upload.

To Reproduce

1. Upload an image in the Studio
2. '...' menu becomes unresponsive (even after closing modals and navigating back)

Expected behavior

The '...' menu with the select/remove options should appear normally.

There's a very faint box that appears where the menu would usually appear.
