Optimising select_systems to consider multiple dimensions

We want to optimise select systems not only for either SAS and diversity or one recovery, but for multiple targets:

• SAS
• Diversity
• 4 recoveries and 4 losses
• Uncertainty?
• Complextiy, management level, cost level, applicability level
• Others?
  That might be done using the Pareto front but still we would need to know where on the Pareto fronr we want to be e.g. by weithting different dimensions

Combine multiple dimensions to optimise:
e.g. Phosphorus recovery and SAS either for all systems or per template, but ignore length and complexity clustering
