Using ODBC driver for SQL Service

Issue: Step 2 - Install ODBC driver on Windows

The initially linked version of the ODBC Driver for ABAP is no longer available for download. Attempting to access it via SAP Note 3078820 results in the following error:

"No deliverable object available due to objects not available for download yet or insufficient authorization of logged on user."

A newer version (currently 01.00.0021) is available and can be downloaded from the SAP Software Center.

Proposal

Update the documentation to link directly to the SAP Software Center instead of a specific release note. This ensures users always have access to the latest available version, similar to the approach used for SAPCRYPTOLIB.
