error switch when power ON

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.all switches are on default position  awy from me/down
2.turning power to ON
3.showing ALERT at the upper screen  RUD switch need to ON 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

when flick the RUD switch it turn ON
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

9xr turnigy tranmitter
Please provide any additional information below.
i check the rudder switch with multimeter it is okay.
