Long time/time out when querying firestore

I have a collection with 2 documents in my firestore, and while I'm writing this issue it has passed already 115s in "Executing".
So need to close my connection and restart it as break execution does not work...
And when checking in my firestore panel: 8.1K total reads.... 7999 too much reads
