Since Friday my conferences' report (3 pending) cannot be submitted.

@AngelosEvangelidis thanks so much for the issue report.

I just made a testing appointment. When I went to the relevant appointment/reports page, I was able to successfully submit a report (see screen shot below).

Thus, I'll need to check the appointment(s) you have problem with. Can you tell me the appointment id please?
