Add option to create link only for existing page blocks but ignore tags

I have used this plugin for 3 months now, everything good, except that this plugin also links to tags, which, compared with page blocks, are more commonly used words and may result in many unwanted links.
It would be great if there is way to toggle whether to ignore tags.
