Search and Open Reference and Inline not working as they should

Search and Open Reference as a Page not always coming up at first. Once you start to use the Create Inline Literature note and/or Create Inline link to Link note it starts to work. Nevertheless no inline is working as it should . Please see video

Would it be possible to record a screen video with the console open?COmmand option I and then click the console button on the top?  Thanks! I also can’t see the video you posted. Don’t have access to it
