Group user orders by status and Purchase Order #15

We need to know, if user orders were ordered or not.
Please add additional information:

Purchase Order (PO), order number from supplier (like cooldrive)
Status for each element in user order
Fillters by: Status, Date, User Name, Supplier, PO
