This is a quick study of weighted and unweighted EMPCA applied to SDSS DR7 QSO data compiled by Yue Shen, using the https://github.com/sbailey/empca library to perform weighted PCA fits to the data. See the QSOPCA.ipynb notebook in this repository for details.
