samples with esp12f module from electrodragon

Set Electrodragon SMD esp12f in flashing mode

1. Verify that pin15 is set to GND
2. Keep down flash button and press reset button

Connect to wifi, use serial monitor to show the assigned IP address and show temperature every 500ms. Connecting to given IP it should display actual temperature.
