This is likely something we'll want to annotate at the Token level

Good question.

The likely styling for the most part isn't at the token level (you might want to indent the entire quote or start it with a big " or something). But there are interesting things you CAN do at the token level knowing it's a token inside a quote. e.g, "highlight all the people mentioned in quotes".
