In Scala 2, TypeApi.typeArgs is provided.

In Scala 3, there is no convenient equivalent provided by TypeRepr.

TypeReprMethods could be defined with function as below.

def typeArgs: List[TypeRepr] = self match
  case AppliedType(_, args) => args
  case _ => List.empty[TypeRepr]
