Add support for `scw config edit`

### Description

As a user, I sometimes wants to edit my configuration file.
But it can be cumbersome to remember its location if I'm not used to it.

### How I imagine scw could expose this functionality

`scw config edit` would open an editor on the configuration file directly to allow direct editing
