we used to have "ultimate good first issue" but as its closed now , it's good if we link wiki from somwhere
so that new contributors wouldn't be clueless on how to get started
currently in readme we refer shoes wiki but not our's.

In support of this, I've reworked the wiki home page to be a lot more friendly to new folks.
