Issue transferred from Bugzilla (Bug 576)

It seems if there is the first 'slice' cue too close to the beginning of the data, FMRIB outputs the following warning message

Warning: Not enough data to remove first artifact segment

and stopps at the Principal Component subtraction stage.

When I tested another data which has more datapoints before the first 'slice' cue, the warning message did not appear (I'm not absolutely sure if this was the true reason). I have already reported this to the author.

Rami, do you think this is a bug?
Thanks,

Arno

In our private communication, I have got the author's comment.
Rami wrote:

Well, the warning message is not a bug, it just tells you that it
will not remove the first artifact. However, stopping at the PC
subtraction is a bug.

Could you upload an example datafile so we can recreate the bug for ourselves?

Rami has discontinued support for FMIRIB.
