Not able to see gwt plugin on eclipse

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.this on eclipse kepler 4.3 mac. Click on install new software enter the url 
specified on google web toolkit page
Install the plugin and sdk
2.restart eclipse. Check for the installed software. It shows both sdk and 
plugin installed but you cannot see the google option in eclipse preference. 
You cannot see any other google web application option in eclipse
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to see all google plugin related option 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse 4.3 google sdk 2.6 mac os mavericks

I have similar problem on Mac OS 10.9.5, Eclipse Lunar, Juno...

Found the problem, I was using java 1.6 to run Eclipse. Downloaded 1.7 and 
google option now show up
