Aggregation of multiple items on period? (like a "digest")

I wanted to ask if you'd be open to adding capabilities to aggregate multiple items into a single webhook call. A use case for this would be a "daily digest" or "weekly digest" of RSS feeds which get multiple items posted per period.

Hi, thanks! A "digest mode" does sound useful to me and I would be open to add such functionality. At the same time, I would like to refactor a few things first.

In particular, I want to be able to run feedcruncher as a scheduled job (for example systemd.timer controlled). For that, the existing naive heuristic to detect "old feed items" - "everything that exists at program start" - needs to be replaced. I might try to add a "digest mode" as part of that refactoring.
