stop showing jobs after they pass their listing date

this needs to be done via the graphql query; not in the client side itself

the minor problem is, from where should we get the date?

these days it's probably fine to get the date from the client (after all, if they themselves opt to see old jobs; so be it!)

"should" be simple enough :)
