[ FSO 24.2.0 ] In Mission Background music continues to play when in F3 Advanced Options screen

FSO Version: 24.2.0

The background music in the mission continues to play in the F3 Advanced Options screen but not in the F2 Options screen.

Steps to recreate:

1. Open a mission in FSO 24.2.0 (I found this in mod Sync)
2. Press F2 to go to options (notice that there is no background music playing here)
3. Press F3 for advanced options (notice that the background music continues to play here)

Please let me know if i need to attach a screen recording to demonstrate the same.
Additionally, if i need to collect any logs or perform any testing, please let me know. Thanks
