Update version number

https://github.com/scp-fs2open/wxLauncher/blob/master/onlinehelp/lchanges.help needs to be updated to specific versions. It is still 0.9.0

This ticket should actually cover two cases: 1) update the version number in the help file; 2) display the version number somewhere plain and obvious, rather than requiring several clicks to get to the help file.
