Help file for v0.12.0-rc2 on Windows is missing actual content #165

Instead, it has the word "None" over and over. The heading and paragraph formatting is correct, but the content is missing.
I tried compiling wxLauncher myself and got a regular help file. Also the source for rc2 is correct, so (guessing here) it may be that the binary just needs recompiling.
