Split out remaining info in Overview.md

Remove Overview.md after moving the content to relevant other locations. This has been replaced by the top-level README

This is pretty much resolved now by just renaming the overview to 'network', right?

The current overview.md contains content that is not found elsewhere, and there already exists a network.md.

Oh, I see. I thought from the link on the readme page that the current network.md was a reworking of the old overview.md.

To some extent yes, but there was other material in overview as well.
