tooltip stylistic issue #9766

Expected Behavior

i expected the entire tooltip to be green.

Actual Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

hover over any button to add/create a sprite/costume/sound.

System Details

google chromeOS version 130.0.6723.126 (official build) (64-bit)
