Input fields have a different border color than those in scratch-gui

Expected Behavior

Input fields in scratch-paint would look identical to those in scratch-gui.

Actual Behavior

scratchfoundation/scratch-gui#1745 changed the border color of inputs to transparent black and made it blue on hover, but these changes were not made in scratch-paint.

Steps to Reproduce

Move the mouse over an input. It doesn't change the border color. The color when not hovered is also different from that used by scratch-gui.

Operating System and Browser

Windows 10, Edge 89 but should be the same on all browsers.
