I've been a community member for a while and from the looks of things, I can see that the scroll team are not taking community events seriously.
Community events could help give the community a sense of belonging and if the community members are engaged in hosting some of these events, it'll enable the other community members to want to take part in some of these event host.
Some of the events that Could be hosted around the DC could be
community game nights
talk shows about crypto
get someone from the community who'd be stationed in lecturing newbies about web3 etc.
Also, most of the thread writers and people around spreading the gospel around scroll could be contacted and reached out to, to become ambassadors for scroll. In doing this, you prove one thing which is the team always acknowledges community participation
