you need to add to this open access fMRI dataset Arnaud's data, with our manual segmentation

Hello @MerveKaptan this dataset also needs to be added in the dataset that we are uploading to OpenNeuro

Hello @jcohenadad!

@rohanbanerjee brought this to my attention during our meeting today.

Is the dataset here?

From everyone else, we got (and will be uploading)

  • mean of motion-corrected 20 EPI volumes
  • segmentation based on this
  • .json file after dcm2niix (if applicable)

Could you please point out the corresponding files to me?

Also, could you please tell me what the following were, so I can fill in the information?

  • the motion-correction procedure
  • what the scanner was
  • who the contact person for this dataset is
  • institution
  • coauthors
  • acknowledgments

Thank you very much!

So there were 3 total datasets shared on this on the epi-ap-pa-registration repo:

  • acdc_226 (the data you pointed here here)
  • acdc_223 and 224 which were shared directly with Rohan and were then uploaded in this comment

For additional information,

  • the motion-correction procedure: Nothing outside the standard sequence was done
  • what the scanner was: Siemens 3T Prisma fit
  • who the contact person for this dataset is: Julien
  • institution: UNF
  • coauthors: Alexandre D'Astous, Arnaud Breheret
  • acknowledgments
