Plex Recently Added - Scan interrupted

Description
The Plex Recently Added scan seems to very rarely complete. Plex is configured to use the https://*.plex.direct url and is on the same network. I have tried it in the past not using the ssl endpoint and it appears to behave in the same fashion. Overseer does not have any issues connecting to Sonarr/Radarr which are also running directly on the machine.

I am using Docker Desktop w/WSL2 on Windows for Overseer while Plex is installed as a service on Windows itself. I have not had any issues with other services connecting to the Plex server (whether it be other clients or other management applications).

The error message given is the following: { "errorMessage": "connect ETIMEDOUT 192.168.1.111:32400" }

Using Docker desktop for Windows w/WSL2
Plex recently added scan rarely manages to complete.
Expected Behavior
Recently added scan should complete so items can be marked as available and notify the user.

For anyone having this issue, try changing this setting in Docker Desktop to disable the userland proxy. I found I get a massive speed boost (especially anything going through nginx). It didn't however help with nginx giving me the correct IP of the incoming connection (which is obviously completely separate, but was my reason for doing this).
