All of the sudden, Its asking me to setup again, why?

I am using overseer for few months now, setup with plex, sonarr, radarr and jackett
I do have a dozen request setup, and i go to the ui few days in a week to check.

Today when i loaded the ui, it goes to setup page, no matter i change the url to go directly my dashboard it still goes to setup page, plex setup first, so i entered the plex login and next page it continued to setup sonarr and radarr which i had done it in the beginning.

what happen, i lost my setup?

I checked on portainer, i don't seem any updates it made recently.
