Add an option to enable Waring on not released titles

Description

Add an option to enable Waring on not released titles, so people that do not look on release date can see that that movie or serie is not released yet

Desired Behavior

add something like this, a box near the request to Waring people that it will be requested but it's not available yet

or an option to put a color on the "Status:" when it's not released
