Requests for existing movies merely say “Failed”. It would be nice if that was spelled out clearly

Description

It seems that some requests fail because the movie already exists. It’s not easy to tell why.

Desired Behavior

That’s just fine, but it would be nice if that was clearly spelled out in the Failed status message.

Additional Context

for that matter, why not have the request failed response contain a description of why it failed?
