Isn’t this by design?

If the item already exists it can’t add it, and therefore the tags are not added as it already exists?

I’m pretty sure the stuff that is already present but not yet available from Radarr shows as Requested anyway.

So is the issue that Radarr is not being synced with your Overseerr instance?

The synchronization between Radarr and Overseerr is working as expected.

I add movies using both Overseerr and Kometa (via a list). When a movie is added by both:

If Overseerr adds it first, everything works fine—Radarr receives the tags from Overseerr, and Kometa appends its tags.
If Kometa adds it first, Overseerr does nothing.

I was hoping Overseerr would append its tags if the movie already exists in Radarr. However, I’ve resolved the issue by setting up another Radarr instance.

We can close this issue if needed.
