依赖调度的时候只有依赖job_id有些情况不满足需求，新版本中能否支持依赖调度的判断条件为两个 1:依赖任务 2:定时，在满足这两个条件后任务才执行

下个版本会考虑的。不过目前可以通过创建一个空的定时任务，让下游任务依赖这个空的定时任务和其它依赖任务同样可以满足你的需求。
