调度任务中心的定位是作业任务的配置管理，不应包括任务执行或监控；

一、作业任务的配置页面

删除任务执行功能(手动执行，手动恢复)
任务的【基本信息】拆分成三个分组[基础信息, 调度信息，告警信息]
基础信息当中，增加一个项【标签】，类似微信的标签功能，可以0~N个（业务角度）；
若有此项，在任务监控页面，可以根据标签快速搜索定位任务；

二、大目录与小目录
1.任务总览，失败记录，正在运行等功能，删除之；功能整合到任务管理中，见另一个issue[任务组监控]
